I remember meeting with Alexis to talk about her wedding on a cold February night at a Starbucks downtown and then suddenly it was August and I was getting the groom into position for his first look with this bride.
I had a quick intimate portrait session with the Alexis and Sam after the first look just before the ceremony. There's always something cute and memorable about each couples' ceremony. This one included lots of laughs especially when Sam's ring refused to go on his finger! With some persistent effort by Alexis, it went on!
What I blast I had with this crew! I swear, every person in the bridal party was so nice, funny and willing to do just about anything for Alexis and Sam. Even walk a few extra blocks to Michigan Ave and climb on flower pots :) And, can we talk about the dance moves! I had a solid 2 hours of open dance with the wedding party and they did not disappoint.
