Armour House Wedding // Abby + Connor

Updated: Apr 5, 2020

Shooting couples that feel like family make covering a long wedding day extra special. You find yourself laughing and crying with them from behind the camera all day long! You get the inside jokes and you know when the crew needs a break. I do my best to get to know all my couples really well but having met Abby and Connor several years ago through capturing her sister's wedding, we had plenty of time to work on our bonds over Italy, espresso, wine, bourbon, hockey, photography, sarcasm, laughing and love.

When "I like you more than...." turns to "I love you more than...." there are a collection of moments that you hold in your heart. They connect you deeply and make a strong & supportive partnership. That was clear with Abby & Conner. What is incredible to me about these two, is how top of mind all those special moments are and how they constantly celebrate them with each other and their families. They couldn't wait to start their forever together.

Let's talk details! Seriously breathtaking and meaningful. Cufflinks with the coordinates of where they first met in Dallas. Memories of Abby's mom with a restrung necklace from her siblings, an IU bear earring tucked in her bouquet and a beautiful Kendra Scott bracelet from Conner like what her mom wore. Perfect heartfelt touches.

Now the day. You could not have asked for a more perfect day with the ceremony during golden hour and a reception full of laughter and love. I had so much fun and could not be more honored to have been part of not one but TWO Sidebottom women's weddings!! Just waiting on those two Sidebottom men and we'll call it a wrap hahaha! Connor, I love you too buddy!
