Monte Bello Estate, Lemont IL // Katie & Tom's Wedding

You know those couples that smile sunshine? Yea, Katie and Tom are one of THOSE COUPLES :) Complete compliments of each other. Infectious laughs, outdoorsie, road trippin', dog parentin', adventure lovers.

Katie started her day at her parents home with her sister, mom, dad and besties helping her get ready. Once the last detail was in place with Katie, we did a first look with her father on their family patio. This was absolutely precious. Meanwhile, Tom and his crew were over at The Drake having all sorts of fun with my second photographer, Sonce.

Tom and Katie decided to do a first look and Monte Bello Estate's grounds offer some spectacular spots. We picked the grove of trees near the ceremony site which gave us such a dreamy green backdrop. Their first look was so genuine and special. Followed by their ceremony full of loving guidance, speakers and a hand binding tradition.

While we were outside, the Monte Bello Estate crew & Maria's Floral Studio were putting the final touches in their reception space. Tables adorn with greenery and gold provided the simple elegant touches Katie had planned. We were officially ready to party! After some fantastic toasts, Sarlas Music opened up the dance floor for the first dances and some subsequent booty shakin' from the bridal party and parents.

The day with Katie and Tom and their family was so easy breezy. We absolutely felt like part of the family! Lots of hugs, laughs, teaching Tom's dad how to take selfies, and whiskey cheers at the end of the night.
